About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full MEP commissioning process from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage Factory Witness Testing (FWT/FAT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
- Develop and manage commissioning schedules and documentation
- Review commissioning scripts and collaborate with commissioning agents
- Coordinate staffing and resources with field associates and trade partners
- Oversee installation, start-up, and testing of MEP systems
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Develop and implement Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Action Plans
- Track and report commissioning progress, issues, and resolutions
Requirements
- 8–10 years of commercial construction experience with large mechanical and electrical systems
- Extensive commissioning experience on data centers and complex infrastructure projects
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage schedules
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
