Commissioning Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full MEP commissioning process from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage Factory Witness Testing (FWT/FAT) and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
• Develop and manage commissioning schedules and documentation
• Review commissioning scripts and collaborate with commissioning agents
• Coordinate staffing and resources with field associates and trade partners
• Oversee installation, start-up, and testing of MEP systems
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Develop and implement Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Action Plans
• Track and report commissioning progress, issues, and resolutions

Requirements

• 8–10 years of commercial construction experience with large mechanical and electrical systems
• Extensive commissioning experience on data centers and complex infrastructure projects
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage schedules
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
