About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, and test run activities for the NFPS EPC3 project.
  • Ensure all site activities comply with established HSE requirements, safety procedures, and project objectives.
  • Manage commissioning progress, including the issuance of reports and coordination between different parties.
  • Oversee the plant handover process, including the preparation of Commissioning Dossiers.
  • Manage operational phases, including maintenance systems, client relationships, and budget/cost recovery.
  • Supervise local subcontractors, agents, and personnel logistics related to production equipment.
  • Define commissioning sequences, priorities, and procedures for mechanical, electrical, and process isolation.
  • Support the preparation of HSE plans, commissioning plans, and technical specifications for subcontracting.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Commissioning and System Completion within an EPC project environment.
  • Technical knowledge of compression gas systems.
  • Fluency in the English language.
  • Ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the energy sector, specifically with offshore or onshore complex infrastructures.
  • Familiarity with international maritime and safety regulations (IMO, SOLAS, ISPS, MARPOL).
