Commissioning & Maintenance HVAC Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of mechanical works for HVAC systems, managing both subcontractors and direct hires.
• Ensure all activities comply with project documentation, schedules, and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements.
• Support the HSE Manager in preparing general HSE plans and actively participate in Safety Walk downs and incident investigations.
• Verify that Commissioning & Start-up requirements are integrated into engineering documents.
• Manage the Maintenance Plan, including Preventive, Condition Based, and Corrective Maintenance.
• Coordinate vendors on-site and approve work orders via the Permit to Work procedure.
• Oversee mechanical isolation control through the Blinding and De-blinding Register.
• Lead personnel training and optimize maintenance plans, spare parts, and manpower based on plant feedback.

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language.
• Proven experience in coordinating mechanical works and HVAC systems.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling.
• Expertise in preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Strict commitment to HSE compliance and safety standards.
