Commissioning Machinery Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed commissioning procedures for machinery, packages, and functional tests.
• Supervise functional loop checks and interlock/sequence functionality checks.
• Prepare and manage commissioning punch lists and supervise the closing of pending items.
• Monitor activities to ensure compliance with quality, health, environmental, and safety regulations.
• Supervise vendor specialists, ensuring efficient utilization and coordination with commissioning supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in the logbook.
• Produce and sign necessary certificates for handover to the QA/QC certification engineer.

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent Engineering Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant field experience.
• Proven experience in oil & gas or large-scale refinery EPC projects.
• Previous experience working on the Contractor side.
• Experience in the construction or modernization of industrial sector plants.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a focus on timely problem resolution.
