Commissioning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute the commissioning and testing of systems, equipment, and facilities
• Provide technical expertise to the project management team to verify successful execution
• Oversee third-party vendors, contractors, and suppliers for compliance with project standards
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with commissioning and testing
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, schedules, and protocols
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure performance meets specifications
• Identify, report, and resolve defects or non-conformities
• Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, including test reports and certifications
• Provide training and orientation to operations and maintenance personnel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in commissioning industrial plants or manufacturing facilities
• Experience with factory, semiconductor, or pharmaceutical projects
• Deep knowledge of MEP, automation, and safety systems
• Proven ability in testing, validation, and troubleshooting
