About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform commissioning, start-up, and troubleshooting of branded processing units and process lines at customer sites.
- Conduct delivery tests within engineering workshops.
- Provide technical training and support to Tetra Pak Market Companies.
- Support internal sales, customer claims, product development, and audits.
- Share technical knowledge and best practices with team members and global colleagues.
- Travel up to 150 days per year to various customer sites worldwide.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Automation, Mechanical, Processing, or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in the dairy or food industry.
- Experience working with Tetra Pak equipment.
- Solid understanding of PLC programming, specifically with Rockwell and Siemens platforms.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong communication skills with a systematic approach to documentation.
