Commissioning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and execute the commissioning processes for plant systems
• Optimize tests and acceptance trials for equipment used in hot and cold rolled strip production
• Maintain detailed reporting, protocols, and checklists during commissioning and acceptance phases
• Act as a coordinator and support link between customers, consortia, and suppliers
• Lead result-oriented discussions with stakeholders as the on-site representative
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental protection guidelines
• Provide training and instruction to customer personnel
• Review technical documentation including schematics, functional descriptions, and component lists

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering (or equivalent technical training)
• Practical experience in mechanical and process engineering
• Sound knowledge of mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel worldwide (approximately 80%)
