Commissioning Control Systems Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational expertise for the day-to-day support of Refinery and Chemical Plant process control computing systems and infrastructure
• Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot TCP/IP based networks
• Monitor computing system and network performance to ensure system reliability and security
• Program control systems and manage integration with other systems related to building automation

Requirements

• Diploma or a degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Plant
• Fluent English language skills
• Excellent IT and analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, team-oriented, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a strong bias toward timely problem resolution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lyondell-Basell licensed technology, specifically the Hostalen Advance Cascade Process (HACP®)
