Commissioning Assistant

Responsibilities

• Implement pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures in compliance with quality, health, and safety regulations.
• Execute activities with assigned subcontractor crews and manage the effective utilization of manpower and consumables.
• Execute vendor specialist field activities according to representative plans.
• Perform checklists and prepare test forms, ensuring all certificates are signed and submitted to the QA/QC certification engineer.
• Serve as an authorized person for receiving or issuing permits in accordance with the project's Permit to Work (PTW) procedure.
• Assist supervisors in expediting pending punch list items and coordinating construction support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in an Engineering discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of professional work experience.
• Proven experience in EPC Oil & Gas or Refinery environments.
• Direct on-site experience in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and management skills.
• High attention to detail and a team-oriented approach to problem resolution.
