Commis I - Cold Kitchen

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and guest dining experience
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver on departmental plans, objectives, and hotel initiatives
• Collaborate with management to control costs, inventory, and productivity
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture
• Ensure adherence to all legislation, due diligence, and best practice activities

Requirements

• Prior kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership of tasks
• Personal integrity and ability to work in an environment demanding excellence
