Responsibilities

• Support the restaurant manager by following daily instructions and service protocols
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining room throughout the service
• Assist with restaurant setup, including preparing linens, trays, and bread baskets
• Clean and polish cutlery and glassware to high standards
• Act as a relay between the kitchen and the dining room to ensure smooth service
• Perform end-of-service duties including clearing, cleaning, and waste removal

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant service is preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-end environment
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is an asset
• Enthusiastic, meticulous, and a strong team player
