Responsibilities

• Clean and set up the dining room and service areas
• Assist the Chef de Rang and/or Demi Chef de Rang during service
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Ensure impeccable behavior and professional appearance

• Innate sense of service
• Ability to combine efficiency, discretion, and diplomacy
• Positive and smiling attitude
