About the Company

Responsibilities

• Prepare the dining room before service, including table setting and mise en place
• Assist the dining room team with reactivity, precision, and teamwork
• Clear tables, reset settings, and anticipate guest needs
• Maintain the cleanliness and harmony of the dining area throughout the service

Requirements

• Dynamic, versatile, and organized personality
• Ability to multitask while maintaining focus on customer needs
• Warm and benevolent attitude toward clients and colleagues
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a significant asset
