• Provide warm welcome to clients
• Transport dishes and drinks with speed and elegance
• Set and clear tables with precision
• Support the chef de rang to fluidify the link between dining room and kitchen
• Maintain attention to detail to create a memorable customer experience

Requirements

• Ability to move agilely in a busy dining room
• Strong curiosity to learn the menu
• Positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to manage stress during rush periods
• Basic English skills for international clientele
• Previous experience in catering or hospitality school background
