• Manage a designated dining section with impeccable attention to detail and organizational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a dining service role within a professional restaurant context.
• Strong knowledge of French, Italian, or international service techniques.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural customer orientation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle high-volume guest flows.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, holidays, and special events.
