About the Company

Le Carlina is a refined and classic luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with exceptional gastronomy and a south-facing terrace overlooking the Bellecôte slope.

Responsibilities

• Clean and set up the dining room and service areas
• Assist the Chef de Rang and/or Demi Chef de Rang during service
• Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus
• Maintain impeccable behavior and professional appearance

Requirements

• Minimum experience in a similar high-standing establishment
• Ability to quickly learn menu items
• Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus
• Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
