About the Company
La Mandarine is an exceptional destination located among olive trees and vineyards near the famous Place des Lices in Saint-Tropez. Part of the Alp’Azur group, we focus on conviviality, elegance, and gastronomy to provide a charming escape in the heart of the French Alps and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
Responsibilities
- Clean and set up the dining room and service areas
- Assist the Chef de Rang and/or Demi Chef de Rang during service
- Maintain thorough knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Maintain impeccable behavior and professional appearance
Requirements
- Minimum experience in a similar high-standing establishment
- Ability to quickly learn menu items
- Proficiency in English; a second language is a plus
- Autonomous, discreet, organized, and thoughtful
- Strong communication skills and a team player attitude
