Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up trays and trolleys for room service according to established presentation standards
• Greet guests upon delivery and ensure a luxury experience
• Maintain a clean and organized Room Service work area, including equipment
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and reception for efficient service
• Comply with hygiene, sanitation regulations, and hotel service standards

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and high level of English
• Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
• Previous professional experience in a similar role or school internships
• Strong emotional intelligence and adaptability
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
