Commis de Rang

Responsibilities

• Fulfil Food & Beverage operations at La Terrazza Restaurant according to company policies and high standards
• Manage mise en place
• Support the Chef de Rang with service
• Clean and set up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass, and silver
• Monitor customer experience and anticipate guest needs to ensure flawless service

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and basic English
• Previous professional experience in a similar role or hospitality internships
• Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
• Strong communication and emotional intelligence
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
