About the Company

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Food & Beverage operations at DaV Restaurant according to company policies and LQA standards
• Manage mise en place
• Support the Chef de Rang with service
• Clean and set up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass, and silver for service
• Monitor customer experience and anticipate guest needs to ensure flawless service

Requirements

• Fluent in Italian and basic English
• Previous professional experience in a similar role or hospitality internships
• Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability
• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
