Commis de Rang Bar

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Barman and Bartenders in the service and presentation of drinks, cocktails, wines, and spirits
• Manage bar duties with professionalism, autonomy, and meticulous attention to detail
• Welcome and assist guests with natural elegance, anticipating their needs
• Present and recommend menus, highlighting cocktails, wines, and specialties
• Coordinate constantly with the floor and kitchen staff to ensure fluid and impeccable service
• Maintain 5-star luxury hotel standards regarding cleanliness and organization of bar spaces

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bar Commis de Rang in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
• Fluency in English (knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus)
• Knowledge of dining service techniques
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a team and maintain excellence in high-pressure environments
• Legal eligibility to work in Italy
