About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform culinary production under the direction of the Pastry Chef
- Prepare mise en place for menus and cards
- Assist pastry chefs with basic preparations such as doughs, ganaches, and garnishes
- Wash, peel, slice, and prepare fruits
- Monitor cooking, heating, and cooling processes
- Participate in plating customer orders
- Maintain quality standards and technical sheets
- Ensure cleanliness of the workstation and environment
Requirements
- CAP Pâtisserie degree or equivalent level
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Previous experience or significant internship in pastry
- Team spirit and rigor
- Creativity and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and customer satisfaction focus
