About the role

Responsibilities

  • Perform culinary production under the direction of the Pastry Chef
  • Prepare mise en place for menus and cards
  • Assist pastry chefs with basic preparations such as doughs, ganaches, and garnishes
  • Wash, peel, slice, and prepare fruits
  • Monitor cooking, heating, and cooling processes
  • Participate in plating customer orders
  • Maintain quality standards and technical sheets
  • Ensure cleanliness of the workstation and environment

Requirements

  • CAP Pâtisserie degree or equivalent level
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Previous experience or significant internship in pastry
  • Team spirit and rigor
  • Creativity and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and customer satisfaction focus
