About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients including creams, batters, doughs, biscuits, syrups, and inserts
- Manage service flow and contribute to team cohesion
- Ensure setup, cleaning, and equipment preparation
- Execute service according to instructions (baking, preparation, decoration)
- Respect hygiene and safety rules in accordance with HACCP principles
Requirements
- Passionate, dynamic, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Ability to work in a positive team environment
- Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a plus
