About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize mise en place for both cold and hot dishes
- Support the Chef de Partie in the preparation of dishes for various outlets, including Restaurant Ikarus, Carpe Diem Lounge-Café, and Mayday Bar
- Ensure cleanliness and strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy
- Previous professional experience, ideally in fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Excellent product knowledge and strong professional expertise
- Professional, confident, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility
- Strong team player with flexibility, resilience, and reliability
- Excellent command of both German and English
