About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the Chef de Partie in a specific kitchen station, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation
  • Maintain hygiene and health standards in accordance with HACCP procedures
  • Prepare ingredients for the assigned section, ensuring organization and freshness
  • Assist in monitoring stock levels and managing ingredients to minimize waste
  • Ensure special customer requests are met to maintain 5-star hotel standards

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the same role within luxury hospitality or high-end dining
  • Valid HACCP certification
  • Professionalism and desire for career growth
  • EU citizenship or a valid residence permit for working in Italy
  • Ability to provide references
