About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the Chef de Partie in a specific kitchen station, ensuring consistent preparation and presentation
- Maintain hygiene and health standards in accordance with HACCP procedures
- Prepare ingredients for the assigned section, ensuring organization and freshness
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and managing ingredients to minimize waste
- Ensure special customer requests are met to maintain 5-star hotel standards
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the same role within luxury hospitality or high-end dining
- Valid HACCP certification
- Professionalism and desire for career growth
- EU citizenship or a valid residence permit for working in Italy
- Ability to provide references
