Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the kitchen department to deliver high-level guest dining experiences
• Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and provide timely responses to enquiries
• Take responsibility for assigned duties and tasks, ensuring professional and timely execution
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure costs and inventory are controlled and productivity levels are met
• Adhere to all legislation, food safety, and hygiene regulations to ensure compliance for internal and external audits
• Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values

Requirements

• Proven experience in a relevant role within a busy kitchen environment
• Strong culinary skills and a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
• A hands-on approach with a proactive, can-do work style
