Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up breakfast elements and plate presentations
• Execute recipes and preparations according to technical sheets
• Ensure consistent product quality and report any non-conformities to management
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, equipment, and assigned work areas
• Contribute to team cohesion and effective communication between departments
• Propose creative ideas to help evolve the breakfast menu
• Participate in finding solutions to improve productivity and results

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
• Experience in a high-end or luxury hotel environment is preferred
• Rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Flexible and proactive approach to problem-solving
