About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support the chef de partie during service and contribute to team cohesion
  • Ensure setup, cleaning, and preparation of equipment
  • Perform tasks required for dessert preparation
  • Execute service according to instructions (cooking, preparation, decoration)
  • Respect and enforce hygiene and safety rules in accordance with HACCP principles
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the workstation

Requirements

  • CAP cuisine or polyvalent restaurant agent training
  • 1 to 2 years of successful experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
  • Ability to prepare mise en place
  • Mastery of HACCP standards
  • Dynamic, organized, and autonomous nature
  • Ability to work in a flexible and adaptive environment
  • Reactive, rigorous, and strong team spirit
  • Punctuality
