About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the chef de partie during service and contribute to team cohesion
- Ensure setup, cleaning, and preparation of equipment
- Perform tasks required for dessert preparation
- Execute service according to instructions (cooking, preparation, decoration)
- Respect and enforce hygiene and safety rules in accordance with HACCP principles
- Maintain the cleanliness of the workstation
Requirements
- CAP cuisine or polyvalent restaurant agent training
- 1 to 2 years of successful experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques
- Ability to prepare mise en place
- Mastery of HACCP standards
- Dynamic, organized, and autonomous nature
- Ability to work in a flexible and adaptive environment
- Reactive, rigorous, and strong team spirit
