Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef de Partie with ingredient preparation and station organization.
- Prepare garnishes, cold sauces, soups, appetizers, desserts, and salads with care.
- Support the kitchen team during service by following directives with precision.
- Contribute to the rapid and high-quality dispatch of dishes.
- Ensure proper food storage in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and equipment.
- Participate in ordering, receiving, and inspecting goods.
