About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare fruits and vegetables (washing, peeling, sizing, cutting) following technical sheets and quality standards
- Ensure production setup while respecting deadlines, volumes, and work pace
- Manage stocks including product rotation, labeling, and traceability
- Strictly apply HACCP standards and ensure cleaning of workstation and equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience in fruit and vegetable preparation
- Knowledge of different varieties of fruits and vegetables
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork skills and effective communication
- Versatility to adapt to different preparation methods
