About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare fruits and vegetables (washing, peeling, sizing, cutting) following technical sheets and quality standards
  • Ensure production setup while respecting deadlines, volumes, and work pace
  • Manage stocks including product rotation, labeling, and traceability
  • Strictly apply HACCP standards and ensure cleaning of workstation and equipment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fruit and vegetable preparation
  • Knowledge of different varieties of fruits and vegetables
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
