Le Carlina is a refined and classic luxury chalet located in Courchevel 1850. Part of the Alp’Azur group, the hotel offers a chic, family-oriented atmosphere with a gastronomic restaurant and exceptional mountain views.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the setup and cleaning of the workstation
  • Perform preliminary food preparations
  • Execute cooking and reheating tasks
  • Prepare recipes following technical sheets
  • Adapt work pace based on customer flow and events
  • Clean and organize equipment, workspaces, and premises

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar high-standing establishment
  • Ability to quickly learn menu preparation techniques
  • Knowledge and application of HACCP standards
  • Passionate, organized, and professional attitude
