About the role
Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and assembly of dishes according to technical sheets and chef instructions
- Perform cold and hot preparations (vegetables, garnishes, simple sauces) while respecting hygiene and quality standards
- Ensure plating and presentation of dishes before service
- Handle mise en place and station setup, as well as cleaning at the end of service
- Clean and maintain equipment and workstations in accordance with HACCP rules
- Assist with food storage and labeling
Requirements
- Experience in professional kitchens (commis, dishwasher, or prep)
- Essential knowledge of HACCP hygiene rules
- Ability to work in a team and handle fast-paced service environments
- Organized, punctual, and rigorous
