About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients (washing, peeling, cutting) and perform hot and cold preparations following technical sheets
- Participate in the production of starters, garnishes, and desserts
- Ensure plating and station setup for service
- Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Control the quality of received products and contribute to stock management
- Clean and maintain workstations, equipment, and premises
- Work as part of a team following the chef's instructions
Requirements
- Culinary training (CAP, BEP, or equivalent) or significant experience in catering
- Knowledge and rigorous application of HACCP rules
- Autonomous, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
