About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth production following Sushi Gourmet, Sushi Market, and Izakaya standards
- Prepare a full range of products including Sushis, Makis, Californias, and Spring Rolls
- Master all recipes and manage the setup of refrigerators and food preparations
- Strictly adhere to HACCP hygiene and safety standards
- Monitor product expiration dates in display cases and refrigerators daily
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stand and stock areas
Requirements
- Strong sense of commerce and customer service
- Excellent team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Sushi or Wok cuisine is a plus
