About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth production following Sushi Gourmet, Sushi Market, and Izakaya standards
- Prepare a full range of products including sushi, maki, california rolls, and spring rolls
- Master all recipes and maintain product quality
- Manage fridge setup and food preparation
- Adhere strictly to HACCP hygiene and safety regulations
- Monitor expiration dates for products in display cases and fridges daily
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stand and stock areas
Requirements
- Strong team spirit and a commercial sense
- Thorough knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Experience in Sushi or Wok cuisine is preferred, but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment
- Ability to work variable shifts (starting between 6:00 and 11:00 and finishing between 14:00 and 19:00)
