Hana Group is an expanding international group specializing in culinary experiences. We operate pan-Asian kiosks in major retail locations under brands like SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, and IZAKAYA, offering show-cooking specialties to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth production following Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/Izakaya standards
- Prepare the full range of products including Sushis, Makis, Californias, and Spring Rolls
- Master all recipes and preparation techniques
- Set up refrigerators and food preparations
- Adhere to HACCP hygiene and safety regulations
- Monitor product expiration dates in displays and refrigerators daily
- Maintain and clean the stand and manage stock organization
Requirements
- Strong sense of commerce and team spirit
- Thorough knowledge of hygiene rules and HACCP standards
- Previous experience in Sushi/Wok cuisine is a plus but not required
