Responsibilities
- Ensure production runs smoothly following Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/Izakaya standards
- Prepare full product ranges including Sushis, Makis, Californias, and Spring Rolls
- Master all recipes and food preparation techniques
- Manage fridge setup and ingredient preparation
- Adhere strictly to HACCP hygiene regulations
- Monitor product expiration dates in displays and fridges daily
- Maintain and clean the stand and manage stock organization
Requirements
- Strong sense of customer service and team spirit
- Thorough knowledge of hygiene rules and HACCP standards
- Previous experience in Sushi/Wok cuisine is a plus but not required
