About the Company

Hana Group is an expanding international group specializing in pan-Asian culinary experiences. Through brands like SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, and IZAKAYA, we provide high-quality specialties in major retail locations using show cooking techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure production follows Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/Izakaya standards
  • Prepare full product ranges including Sushis, Makis, Californias, and Spring Rolls
  • Master all recipes and preparation techniques
  • Set up refrigerators and food preparations
  • Adhere to HACCP hygiene and safety regulations
  • Monitor product expiration dates daily
  • Maintain and clean the stand and work area
  • Manage stock organization

Requirements

  • Strong team spirit and commercial sense
  • Knowledge of hygiene rules and HACCP standards
  • Previous experience in Sushi/Wok cuisine is a plus but not required
