About the role
About the Company
Hana Group is an expanding international group specializing in culinary travels. We create pan-Asian food kiosks within major retail leaders, featuring brands like SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, and IZAKAYA that offer show-cooking experiences.
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth production following Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/Izakaya standards
- Prepare full product ranges including Sushis, Makis, Californias, and Spring Rolls
- Master all recipes and prepare fridge setups and ingredients
- Adhere to HACCP hygiene and safety regulations
- Monitor product expiration dates in displays and fridges daily
- Maintain and clean the stand and manage stock organization
Requirements
- Strong sense of commerce and team spirit
- Knowledge of hygiene rules and HACCP standards
- Previous experience in Sushi/Wok cuisine is a plus (training provided via HANACADEMY)
