About the role

About the Company

Hana Group is an expanding international group specializing in culinary travels. We create pan-Asian food kiosks within major retail leaders, featuring brands like SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, and IZAKAYA that offer show-cooking experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth production following Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/Izakaya standards
  • Prepare full product ranges including Sushis, Makis, Californias, and Spring Rolls
  • Master all recipes and prepare fridge setups and ingredients
  • Adhere to HACCP hygiene and safety regulations
  • Monitor product expiration dates in displays and fridges daily
  • Maintain and clean the stand and manage stock organization

Requirements

  • Strong sense of commerce and team spirit
  • Knowledge of hygiene rules and HACCP standards
  • Previous experience in Sushi/Wok cuisine is a plus (training provided via HANACADEMY)
