Hana Group is an expanding international group specializing in culinary experiences. We operate pan-Asian food kiosks within major retail leaders, featuring brands like SUSHI GOURMET, SUSHI MARKET, and IZAKAYA, known for show cooking specialties.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth production following Sushi Gourmet/Sushi Market/Izakaya standards
  • Prepare full product ranges including Sushis, Makis, Californias, and Spring Rolls
  • Master all recipes and product preparations
  • Manage fridge setup and mise en place
  • Adhere strictly to HACCP hygiene rules
  • Monitor product expiration dates daily
  • Maintain and clean the stand and manage stock organization

Requirements

  • Strong sense of commerce and team spirit
  • Knowledge of hygiene rules and HACCP standards
  • Previous experience in Sushi/Wok cuisine is a plus (training provided)
