ELEGANCIA is a creator and manager of lifestyle hotels. We are recruiting a Commis de Cuisine for Le Chouchou, our counter featuring convivial, generous, and flavorful cuisine located in Paris, Opéra.
Responsibilities
- Perform preliminary food preparations
- Execute recipes based on technical sheets
- Prepare dishes according to the menu and special orders
- Verify preparations through tasting, analysis, and rectification
- Prepare service equipment
- Plate and send dishes
- Respond to orders and announcements
- Enhance food presentation
Requirements
- Proficiency in culinary techniques
- Ability to follow technical sheets and HACCP standards
- Creativity aligned with the venue's artistic direction
- Experience in preparing daily specials and monitoring expiration dates (DLC)
- Passionate, curious, and proactive attitude
- Organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented
- Versatile and efficient in a fast-paced environment
