Commis de Cuisine

Responsibilities

• Produce and prepare cold and warm dishes according to specified recipes
• Ensure timely delivery of food while maintaining high quality standards
• Adhere to strict quality and hygiene standards in accordance with HACCP
• Support the culinary team in a high-volume lounge environment (no à-la-carte service)

Requirements

• Completed training as a chef or gastronomic specialist
• Initial professional experience as kitchen staff, production cook, or Chef de Partie
• Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule
• Good proficiency in German and/or English

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in airline catering
• Experience working in large-scale production or industrial kitchens
• Background in high-end gastronomy
