About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce preparations in compliance with technical sheets
- Ensure the cleanliness of the workstation and environment
- Apply hygiene and safety rules (HACCP standards, Barrière group procedures)
- Manage packaging and storage of products in cold rooms, freezers, and deep freezers
- Alert management regarding any product non-compliance
Requirements
- Team spirit and organizational skills
- Sense of responsibility
- Rigor and attention to hygiene and safety standards
- Previous successful experience as a kitchen commis is a plus
- Beginners are accepted with training provided
