About the role

Responsibilities

  • Produce preparations in compliance with technical sheets
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the workstation and environment
  • Apply hygiene and safety rules (HACCP standards, Barrière group procedures)
  • Manage packaging and storage of products in cold rooms, freezers, and deep freezers
  • Alert management regarding any product non-compliance

Requirements

  • Team spirit and organizational skills
  • Sense of responsibility
  • Rigor and attention to hygiene and safety standards
  • Previous successful experience as a kitchen commis is a plus
  • Beginners are accepted with training provided
