Responsibilities
- Produce preparations in compliance with technical sheets
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and environment
- Apply hygiene and safety rules (HACCP standards and Barrière group procedures)
- Manage packaging and storage of products in cold rooms, freezers, and deep freezers
- Ensure proper shift handovers and workstation cleaning
- Alert management regarding any product non-conformity
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commis de Cuisine
- Excellent knife skills
- Strong team spirit and organizational skills
- Sense of responsibility and attention to detail
