Responsibilities

  • Produce preparations in compliance with technical sheets
  • Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and environment
  • Apply hygiene and safety rules (HACCP standards and Barrière group procedures)
  • Manage packaging and storage of products in cold rooms, freezers, and deep freezers
  • Ensure proper shift handovers and workstation cleaning
  • Alert management regarding any product non-conformity

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Commis de Cuisine
  • Excellent knife skills
  • Strong team spirit and organizational skills
  • Sense of responsibility and attention to detail
