About the role
Responsibilities
- Support chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Use E-pack hygiene software for temperature tracking and traceability
- Maintain clean workspaces following Barrière hygiene standards
- Work in pairs with chefs de partie
- Handle raw materials including fish, meat, vegetables, and fruit
- Actively participate in lunch and dinner services
Requirements
- Previous experience in high-volume catering
- Rigor, attention to detail, and punctuality
- Desire to learn new culinary techniques
- High adaptability to service intensity fluctuations
