About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support chefs in daily kitchen operations
  • Use E-pack hygiene software for temperature tracking and traceability
  • Maintain clean workspaces following Barrière hygiene standards
  • Work in pairs with chefs de partie
  • Handle raw materials including fish, meat, vegetables, and fruit
  • Actively participate in lunch and dinner services

Requirements

  • Previous experience in high-volume catering
  • Rigor, attention to detail, and punctuality
  • Desire to learn new culinary techniques
  • High adaptability to service intensity fluctuations
