About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients: peeling, washing, cutting, slicing
  • Manage service flow and contribute to team cohesion
  • Ensure mise en place, cleaning, and equipment preparation
  • Execute service according to instructions (cooking, preparation, decoration)
  • Respect hygiene and safety rules in accordance with HACCP principles

Requirements

  • Passionate, dynamic, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Experience in a similar role in a high-end establishment is a plus
