About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients: peeling, washing, cutting, slicing
- Manage service flow and contribute to team cohesion
- Ensure mise en place, cleaning, and equipment preparation
- Execute service according to instructions (cooking, preparation, decoration)
- Respect hygiene and safety rules in accordance with HACCP principles
Requirements
- Passionate, dynamic, and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of HACCP standards
- Experience in a similar role in a high-end establishment is a plus
