About the role
Responsibilities
- Produce preparations in compliance with technical sheets
- Support the chef de partie during service and participate in team cohesion
- Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment and workstation
- Apply hygiene and safety rules (HACCP standards, Barrière group procedures)
- Manage packaging and storage of products in cold rooms, freezers, and deep freezers
