About the role

Responsibilities

  • Produce preparations in compliance with technical sheets
  • Support the chef de partie during service and participate in team cohesion
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the work environment and workstation
  • Apply hygiene and safety rules (HACCP standards, Barrière group procedures)
  • Manage packaging and storage of products in cold rooms, freezers, and deep freezers
