Responsibilities
- Assist the chef de partie in culinary preparation for customers
- Respect technical sheets and deadlines
- Perform various preparations including weighing ingredients and peeling
- Execute preparations through mixing and/or transformation
- Present and set up dishes under the chef's supervision
- Apply hygiene and preservation rules according to current standards, specifically HACCP
Requirements
- Enrolled in a CAP Cuisine or BTS Restauration apprenticeship program
- Precise knife skills
- Ability to remain calm in all circumstances
- Passion for culinary work and attention to detail
