Responsibilities

  • Assist the chef de partie in culinary preparation for customers
  • Respect technical sheets and deadlines
  • Perform various preparations including weighing ingredients and peeling
  • Execute preparations through mixing and/or transformation
  • Present and set up dishes under the chef's supervision
  • Apply hygiene and preservation rules according to current standards, specifically HACCP

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a CAP Cuisine or BTS Restauration apprenticeship program
  • Precise knife skills
  • Ability to remain calm in all circumstances
  • Passion for culinary work and attention to detail
