About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients including peeling, washing, cutting, and slicing
- Manage service flow and contribute to team cohesion
- Ensure mise en place, cleaning, and equipment preparation
- Execute service according to instructions (cooking, preparation, decoration)
- Respect and enforce hygiene and safety rules in accordance with HACCP principles
- Receive and store deliveries
Requirements
- Passionate, dynamic, and detail-oriented
- Strict adherence to HACCP standards
- Ability to work in a positive, team-oriented environment
- Experience in a similar role within a high-end establishment is a plus
