About the role

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food items, including defrosting and weighing products
  • Wash, disinfect, and prepare fruits and vegetables
  • Execute complete mise en place for various workstations
  • Prepare and plate dishes according to technical sheets and supervisor directives
  • Manage dishwashing duties, including hand-washing specific items and maintaining cleaning equipment
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene by cleaning premises, equipment, and managing waste disposal
  • Restock kitchen stations with clean dishes and utensils
  • Adapt work pace according to customer flow and special events

Requirements

  • Experience in food preparation and ingredient handling
  • Ability to maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and maintenance
  • Proficiency in dishwashing and cleaning procedures
  • Ability to follow technical recipes and plating instructions
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced culinary environment
