About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items, including defrosting and weighing products
- Wash, disinfect, and prepare fruits and vegetables
- Execute complete mise en place for various workstations
- Prepare and plate dishes according to technical sheets and supervisor directives
- Manage dishwashing duties, including hand-washing specific items and maintaining cleaning equipment
- Maintain kitchen hygiene by cleaning premises, equipment, and managing waste disposal
- Restock kitchen stations with clean dishes and utensils
- Adapt work pace according to customer flow and special events
Requirements
- Experience in food preparation and ingredient handling
- Ability to maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and maintenance
- Proficiency in dishwashing and cleaning procedures
- Ability to follow technical recipes and plating instructions
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced culinary environment
